The heart of the resort dining experience is the elegant Ocyan. Here, fresh mornings begin with homemade pastries and espressos, as well as a continental buffet and plenty of a la carte options to choose from. Mediterranean fare is served for dinner out on the terrace, accompanied by a fine selection of DOC wines.

AZUR LOUNGE
The resort terrace provides a beautiful stage for afternoon cocktails, especially as sun sets over the marina. As dark falls, the water twinkles with the lights of hundreds of yachts. Pair your drink with a seasonal salad, homemade pasta or tiramisu.

PUROBEACH RESTAURANT
The Purobeach restaurant refreshes not only the palate, but the soul with its crisp simplicity and laidback elegance. Take a seat inside or outside, alone or with new friends, your fellow global nomads from around the world. On the menu are fresh catch of the day imaginatively infused with the flavours of Marrakesh, Miami and Melbourne, as well as homemade pasta and risotto. The wine list is extensive, an ode to Italy’s different regions and labels old and new.

More casual grazing begins with brunch at the Purobeach bar. This is followed by light bites, refreshing smoothies and spritzes, all of which may be enjoyed in the comfort of your Balinese daybed or by the pool. As sunset approaches, the air fills with anticipation and DJ rhythms, a time to let loose the spirit and imagination.
